Depending on the nature of the complaints and appeals, we will take appropriate measures as soon as possible. Appeals concerning the quality and reliability of our energy supplies, as well as reports of electrical safety hazards, will be reviewed immediately.

In particular, Article 5 of the Resolution defines the Procedure for Considering Complaints. The general principles for exercising citizens' right to appeal are defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens' Appeals.” The rules for considering consumer appeals regarding the actions of business entities operating in the energy and utilities sectors and for settling disputes are defined by Resolution No. 1333 of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission dated July 2, 2019.
